Matrix MLM Plan
This plan is the central plan for an MLM business. Though there are multiple compensation plans available for MLM companies. Major and Vital role will be played by Matrix Plan according to the statistics. It can also be called as “Forced Matrix Plan”
Plan Structure
The plan structure may differ from company to company, the majority will be in the form of 2*2, 3*5 matrix.
It is easy to manage the Forced matrix as it doesn't have any left and right legs, even no breakaways. Say 3*5 matrix, the system can have up to 5 levels and each level contains 3 distributors under it.

Direct Referral bonus
The Bonus should be credited to user A when the new user B (who was registered via direct link from user A) activates or upgrades his account. That bonus is X% of user B package (or package upgrade).
Differential Bonus
Differential bonus is a bonus paid on the revenue in the downline. This bonus follows the sponsor line.
Cash bonus
Cash bonus is a one time bonus paid on the number of packages sold to new customers in a month. If an affiliate sponsors 5 new customers in one month who buys a package or product, the affiliate will earn a Cash bonus.
Leadership Bonus
Leadership Bonus will be credited to each user achievement. Leadership would be marked as some “rank” (f.e. “Silver”, “Golden”, “Brilliant” etc.) and that rank would be visible at user's backoffice interface as some “medal”. Based on the Rank user/member will earn certain % commissions.
Matrix bonus
Referral Level bonus , you will earn additional commissions as your team grows. There are N levels of growth that can reward you, and as you qualify further into the Leadership Program, you can eventually earn from your entire organisation, from level 1 to infinity.
